We kindly offer you a number of advises that will help you slow down in your busy day
- Have a cup of tea and stretch your feet out of the window. Don’t try this while driving.
- Spend some quality time in the bathtub, and if you have company, so much the better.
- Write down these words and place them where you can see them: Multitasking is doing any of them properly.
- Do not be pushed into answering a question right away. Take your time.
- Don’t wear a watch, don’t worry, you’ll know the time when you need to.
- Yawn often. Yawning is good for your health.
- Listen to a Mozart composition in its original tempo.
- After waking up, have a quiet breakfast and think about the day you have ahead.
- Have a quiet hobby. Fishing, painting, planting; but try to do just one thing at a time.
- Eat slowly. Enjoy the loneliness or a conversation if you are with people.
- Take a nap and spend at least an extra hour in bed. You deserve it.
- Write anything. Submerge in the day you have had.
- Go out and indulge in the noble art of dolce fare niente. Read a newspaper, watch the houses facades.
- Have a meal with lots of fruits and vegetables.
- Curl up in bed with a book; abandon yourself to your thoughts and flow.
